This area of work centers interdisciplinary and engaged research collaborations that explore emerging technologies for decarbonization and renewable energy. We work with collaborators from engineering to community organizations to understand the pathways for enhancing engagement and participation in technology change for climate change goals.

Past projects include research on sustainability for semiconductors and exploring green ammonia in Minnesota.
