Facilitation materials from a workshop focused on opportunities to design ways that support navigating energy programs and services. Our focus for this event was to establish a common understanding of and appreciation for how we think about energy. This was co-designed and led with Carmen Carruthers at CUB and Natalya Arevalo at CEED.
