Diana earned her B.S. in Conservation Biology, Geography, and Environmental Studies from

the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her interests center on the clean energy transition and energy equity. Diana is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy at the University of Minnesota. In her spare time, Diana finds joy in birdwatching and rock climbing. 

What is your favorite thing about your research?

Being able to engage with communities and learn how energy systems and policies shape their lives. It is important that we ensure their voices are central to creating a more equitable energy transition. 

What is your favorite season?

Winter brings beautiful hues of purple, pink, and blue. And the best part? It's the only season when you can walk on a frozen lake.
